Since its inception, the commitment and mission of the Center for Oncology in Pediatrics Foundation (COP Foundation) has been to help poor children with cancer by providing treatment to families that otherwise could not afford it.
Founded just miles from the border of Mexico, COP Foundation’s fundraising efforts directly benefit Centro Oncológico Pediátrico de B.C. (COP), a non-profit pediatric cancer treatment center in Tijuana, Mexico. COP Foundation works to provide funding for children COP is currently caring for and also supports COP’s expansion of services and capacity to help heal sick children. Funding from the foundation is provided to families who do not have the financial resources to pay for treatment and procedures.
Centro Oncológico Pediátrico de B.C. is in in the planning phase of building a second floor to accommodate more patients. The current capital campaign consists of raising money for the expansion of Centro Oncológico Pediátrico de B.C. (COP). With their amazing treatment success rate, more and more deserving children are requesting assistance from COP. COP Foundation intends to help the hospital by raising the funds for their second floor expansion efforts. By adding the second floor, Centro Oncológico Pediátrico will add more beds and be able to help more children per year. They will also be expanding their abilities and facilities currently not an option due to limited space. Please consider making a donation now and help pay for the bricks and mortar needed to expand.
